(NASHVILLE, Tenn.) Nov. 12, 2013-Esteemed marketing executive Leigh Holt announces the launch of a new professional venture, consulting firm maddjett. Based in Franklin, Tenn., the company will serve prospective entertainment, event, and lifestyle clients, among others, with an emphasis on building brands, business as well as partnerships.

With 16 years experience in brand development, Holt has held high-level positions with companies across industries--from sports to clothing to entertainment. Her impressive resume includes contributions to such prolific brands as Chrysler Jeep, CMT, ESPN Radio, The Iams Company, MAC Cosmetics, Orlando Miracle (WNBA) and Magic (NBA), USA Basketball, Paramount, Pepsi MidAmerica, TOMS, Universal Orlando, EMI, Feed The Children, World Vision, KLOVE, and Winter Jam, to name a few.

She has successfully managed multi-million dollar budgets and negotiated mega-contracts, consistently meeting and exceeding corporate profitability and growth objectives. Most recently, Holt served as vice president of strategic partnerships for Warner Music Nashville, where she instituted artist merchandise, ecommerce and sponsorship divisions, while also partnering on the live events team launch. Additionally, she closed several major deals, most notably long-term agreements with Winter Jam, American Bible Society, and ChildFund.

Holt's latest undertaking is maddjett, capitalizing on her longtime passion for putting strategic thought and planning into action. Its focus will be threefold: 1) building brands-from product concept through completion, 2) building businesses-optimizing internal efficiency and external perception 3) building partnerships- strategically teaming people and brands together.

"At my core, I am a builder. I build brands - top to bottom - from the external facing graphics and statements to the internal operations. It's what I love to do," says Holt. "I also love people and have invested equal time and energy into building relationships. I look forward to this next phase of my career, maddjett, anticipating new partnerships and the opportunity to explore and execute creative ways to help our clients reach their full potential."

Among Holt's biggest fans are her former partners. President and Chief Operating Officer of Pepsi MidAmerica Lee Crisp comments, "I have really enjoyed getting to know Leigh Holt. She has a unique ability to craft partnership deals that drive results. Additionally, she has a keen marketing and branding sensibility that, combined with her creative talent, helped us come up with ideas that deepened the Pepsi brand." American Bible Society's Chief Communications Officer Geof Morin agrees, "Working with Leigh is like strapping on a turbo boost. She mixes a powerful swing of creativity, clarity and connecting-key-dots, all of which opened some powerful new program advancements for American Bible Society."

"We loved working with Leigh," says Troy VanLiere, tour producer for Winter Jam Tour Spectacular. "Her ability to forge strong win-win partnerships was invaluable for Winter Jam. Not only did she deliver creative yet practical strategy, she was the rare find who could also deliver and implement the tactical."

"Working with Leigh was such a delight ... her passion is enthusiastic and contagious," says Jeff Miller, director of Live! artist relations for ChildFund International. "She challenged me in ways that I needed to be challenged so that the bar was set even higher. When we exceeded our corporate expectations I think she celebrated our successes perhaps even more than we did. That is exactly what you hope for in a partnership. I am hopeful to find ways to work with her again soon."

Holt can be reached via the maddjett website: maddjett.com.
